Srinibas is a co-founder and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to Retigence,as Director Software Engineering he headed product development of suites of products. He has more than 20 years of software product development and management experience including TCS,ORACLE, Fidelity and FICO. He holds a M.Tech degree from IIT Bombay and MBA from NYIT, NewYork.

Girish is a co-founder and advisor. He also founded embryoFund. He is heading the leadership team of EmbryoFund.He has over 2 decades of experience both in intrapreneurship & entrepreneurship.He is passionate about enabling and accelerating the ecosystem of early-stage entrepreneurs.Girish is an alumnus of XLRI, Jamshedpur and BVB College of Engineering & Technology, Hubli, Karnataka.
